TesMore is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Inc. does not make or endorse this service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the TesMore app and web service (the "Service") provided by [운영자] (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service by signing in with a Tesla account.
"Vehicle activation" means turning on a vehicle in your account with a paid plan (Pro or Pro+) to use telemetry, history and remote features.
"Free vehicle" means a vehicle registered for Bluetooth control without activation.
"Remote command" means a vehicle command sent to Tesla through our server (unlock/lock, climate, charging, etc.) and waking the vehicle.
Article 3 (Posting and changes)
The Operator posts these Terms in the Service and on this page.
The Operator may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes and their effective date will be announced in the Service at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
Article 4 (Sign-up and accounts)
You sign up and sign in only with a Tesla account. The Operator never receives your Tesla password.
Children under 14 may not sign up.
You must sign up only with your own Tesla account and are responsible for managing your account and signed-in devices.
The Operator may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
Article 5 (The Service)
Drive and charge history, statistics, location timeline, charge cost and savings calculation (activated vehicles)
Vehicle status and remote commands (activated vehicles)
Supercharger billing history and Tesla vehicle information (options, FSD, warranty, etc.)
Places (geofences), notifications, location sharing links and a fixed link for the Tesla screen
Phone/watch key registration and Bluetooth control
The Service depends on Tesla's APIs and vehicle signals, so the scope and behavior of features may vary with Tesla's policies and the vehicle's state.
Article 6 (Free features)
The following are free: Tesla sign-in and connection, virtual key and phone key registration, order lookup, and one free vehicle for Bluetooth control. Controls performed directly over Bluetooth are free and unlimited.
Article 7 (Vehicle activation and fees)
Plan
Fee (per vehicle)
Includes
Pro
KRW 4,900 / month [부가세 포함 여부 확인 필요]
Paid features such as history, statistics and remote commands; Pro usage limits in Article 11
Pro+
KRW 9,900 / month [부가세 포함 여부 확인 필요]
Same features as Pro; higher usage limits in Article 11
Fees are charged separately for each activated vehicle.
Payments are currently in a test phase. Real payments will later be processed through [결제대행사], and we will announce this in the Service before it starts.
Article 8 (Billing date and proration)
Each account has one billing date, and all activated vehicles in the account are billed on that date.
If you activate a vehicle or upgrade from Pro to Pro+ in the middle of a billing period, a prorated amount for the remaining days until the next billing date is charged immediately.
Article 9 (Turning off, downgrading and refunds)
Turning off activation or downgrading from Pro+ to Pro takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then you can keep using the plan you paid for.
Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where refunds are required by applicable law, such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Article 10 (Billing checks and failed payments)
On the billing date, the Operator checks with Tesla that each vehicle is still in your account and that you are its owner. If a vehicle is no longer in your account or you are not its owner, it is excluded from billing, its activation is turned off and you are notified.
If Tesla cannot be reached for this check, billing is postponed by one day.
How failed payments are handled will be added to these Terms when real payments start.
Article 11 (Usage limits)
Because Tesla charges for each call, the following limits apply to user requests that go through our server. Limits are per vehicle, counted per calendar month, and reset on the 1st of each month (Korea time).
Type
Pro
Pro+
Wake vehicle
30 / month
100 / month
Remote commands
300 / month
1,000 / month
Tesla data requests
100 / month
300 / month
Work the server does on its own (such as the daily sync) and Bluetooth controls do not count toward the limits.
When a limit is used up, requests of that type are restricted until the 1st of the next month.
The Operator may change the limits and will announce changes in the Service.
Article 12 (Remote commands and your responsibility)
Remote commands (unlock/lock, windows, climate, charging, drive-related functions, etc.) are executed at your request, and you are responsible for their results. Check that it is safe around the vehicle before sending a command.
Commands may be delayed or fail depending on connectivity, the vehicle's state and Tesla's servers. Do not use the Service for emergencies or safety-critical purposes.
Article 13 (Prohibited conduct)
Connecting another person's Tesla account or vehicle without authorization
Misusing location sharing, such as using it to track another person without their consent
Sending excessive requests to the Service or Tesla's APIs, or reverse engineering, circumventing or interfering with the Service
Violating the law or these Terms
However, this Article does not restrict any rights that the licenses of open-source components included in the Service grant you (for example, modifying the parts covered by the LGPL and reverse engineering to debug such modifications). See Data sources for the list and licenses.
Article 14 (Changes and suspension)
The Operator may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for improvements, maintenance, changes to Tesla's APIs and similar reasons, and will announce it in the Service in advance. In unavoidable cases, notice may be given afterwards.
If the Service is discontinued, we will announce it in the Service in advance.
Article 15 (Disclaimers)
The Service is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Unless the Operator acts intentionally or negligently, the Operator is not responsible for feature limitations or outages caused by changes to Tesla's APIs, servers or policies.
Drive and charge history, costs, savings and statistics are reference values calculated from signals sent by the vehicle and may differ from actual values.
The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network outages.
Article 16 (Account deletion)
You can delete your account at any time from More > Account & car connection > Delete account & data in the app or on the account deletion page. What is deleted and how long information is kept are described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 17 (Disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes related to the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of [관할].
