[운영자](이하 "운영자")는 TesMore 앱과 웹 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 운영자가 어떤 정보를 왜, 얼마나 오래 처리하는지, 그리고 이용자가 어떤 권리를 가지는지 설명합니다.
TesMore 는 Tesla, Inc. 와 관계가 없는 독립된 비공식 서비스입니다. Tesla 는 Tesla, Inc. 의 상표입니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
서비스 가입과 로그인은 Tesla 계정 로그인(OAuth)으로만 합니다. 운영자는 Tesla 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.

3. 보유 기간

한 차를 여러 계정이 차례로 쓰는 경우, 각 계정에는 그 계정이 차를 처음 활성화한 시각 이후의 기록만 보입니다.
위치정보는 이용자가 앱에서 요금제를 결제해 활성화한 차에서만 받으며, 활성화할 때 위치기반서비스 이용약관(위치 공유 포함)과 개인위치정보 수집·이용에 동의를 받습니다. 차를 활성화하지 않으면 차의 위치를 받지 않습니다.
받은 위치는 주행 경로, 충전 장소, 위치 타임라인·히트맵·자주 간 장소, 지금 위치·주차 위치, 지오펜스별 충전 비용 계산, 위치 공유에 씁니다.
위치를 주소로 바꾸기 위해 위도·경도 좌표를 국내 차는 주식회사 카카오(카카오 로컬 API), 해외 차는 Google(Geocoding API)에 보냅니다(6.·7. 참고).
위치정보 동의 철회는 앱의 계정·데이터 삭제(계정 탈퇴·영구 삭제)로 합니다 — 계정은 바로 삭제되고 남은 위치 기록은 1개월(30일) 뒤 삭제합니다. 요금제 결제를 연장하지 않으면 그 차의 위치를 더 받지 않고 기록은 1년 뒤 삭제합니다.
위치 공유는 차를 활성화할 때 위치기반서비스 이용약관과 함께 동의하며, 링크를 만들 때 위치가 공유된다는 것을 안내합니다. 링크를 아는 사람은 누구나 링크가 만료될 때까지(최대 24시간) 차 위치와 목적지를 볼 수 있고, 누군가 링크로 보기 시작하면 받는 자(링크)·일시·목적을 앱 알림으로 바로 알려 드립니다. 링크는 언제든 직접 끌 수 있고, 계정을 삭제하면 즉시 무효가 됩니다.
개인위치정보를 이용·제공한 사실(위치 값 제외)은 자동으로 기록해 6개월 보관합니다. 이용자는 그 열람·고지와 정정, 수집·이용·제공의 일시 중지를 아래 연락처로 요구할 수 있습니다.
차의 위치는 그 차를 운전하는 사람의 위치이기도 합니다. 다른 사람이 운전하게 할 때는 미리 알리고 동의를 받아 주세요.
8세 이하의 아동, 피성년후견인, 중증 장애인의 보호의무자가 그 사람의 생명·신체 보호를 위해 동의하는 경우에는 보호의무자가 이용자의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다(위치정보법 제26조).
위치정보관리책임자는 14.의 개인정보 보호책임자가 맡습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외입니다.
이용자가 위치 공유에 동의하고 직접 위치 공유 링크를 만들어 다른 사람에게 알려 준 경우(4. 참고)
법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 요구한 경우
서비스는 이용자의 요청을 처리하기 위해 Tesla 에 차 정보 조회·명령을 요청합니다. 이 내용은 7. 국외 이전에 적었습니다.

지도 화면을 열지 않으면 전송되지 않습니다(지도를 볼 수 없음). '걸어서 찾아가기'를 누르지 않으면 좌표는 전송되지 않습니다.
지도는 이용자 기기가 Google 지도 서버에 직접 접속해 그리므로 위 정보가 기기에서 Google 로 전달됩니다(서버가 보내지 않음). 웹 화면은 차트 라이브러리를 jsDelivr CDN 에서 불러오며, 이때도 기기의 IP 주소가 전달됩니다.
8. 파기 절차와 방법
보유 기간이 끝났거나 처리 목적을 이룬 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 자동 보존 기간(7일·90일·1년 등)이 정해진 정보는 서버가 주기적으로 삭제합니다.
법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보(결제 기록)는 다른 정보와 분리해 보관하고, 기간이 끝나면 삭제합니다.
전자 파일 형태의 정보는 데이터베이스와 보관 파일에서 삭제합니다. 장애 복구용 데이터베이스 백업은 최대 30일 보관 후 자동으로 삭제되므로, 삭제한 정보도 그 기간 동안 백업에 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
앱·웹의 계정·설정 화면에서 직접 확인하고 바꿀 수 있습니다.
차 활성화를 끄면 그 차의 차량 신호 수신이 멈춥니다. 위치 공유 링크와 알림은 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
위치정보 이용·제공사실 확인자료의 열람·고지와 수집·이용·제공의 일시 중지 요구는 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.
Tesla 연결을 해제하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다(10. 참고).
그 밖의 요구는 [연락처]로 보내 주시면 관련 법령이 정한 기간 안에 처리합니다. 법령에 따라 요구가 제한될 수 있으며, 이때는 그 사유를 알려 드립니다.
10. 계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴)
앱의 더보기 > 계정·차량 연결 > 계정·데이터 삭제 또는 웹 페이지 /account/delete 에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
즉시: 계정 비활성화, Tesla 연결 해제(차의 차량 신호 전송 설정 해제), 로그인 토큰 폐기, 이름 삭제, 위치 공유 링크 무효화
1개월(30일) 뒤: 차 기록, 위치 이력 등 남은 정보를 자동으로 완전히 삭제
법정 보관: 결제 기록은 5년 보관 후 삭제
차에 등록한 폰 키는 서비스가 지울 수 없으므로 차 화면(잠금 > 키)에서 직접 지워 주세요.
11. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 받지 않습니다.

13. 자동 저장 장치
웹 화면은 로그인 상태를 유지하기 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 로그인 토큰과 화면 설정을 저장합니다. 로그아웃하거나 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 삭제됩니다.

[운영자] (the "Operator") operates the TesMore app and web service (the "Service") and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what information we process, why, for how long, and what rights you have.
TesMore is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc.

You sign up and sign in only with your Tesla account (OAuth). We never receive your Tesla password.

2. Purposes

If several accounts use the same vehicle over time, each account sees only the history recorded after that account first activated the vehicle.
We receive location only from vehicles you activate by paying for a plan in the app; at activation we ask for consent to the Location-Based Service Terms (including location sharing) and to the collection and use of personal location information.
Location is used for routes, charging places, location timeline, heatmap and frequent places, current and parked location, charge cost calculation by place (geofence), and location sharing.
To convert locations to addresses, latitude/longitude coordinates are sent to Kakao Corp. (Kakao Local API) for cars in Korea and to Google (Geocoding API) for other cars (see 6 and 7).
To withdraw location consent, use Delete account & data in the app (account deletion and permanent erasure — the account is deleted immediately and remaining location history after one month). If you stop renewing the plan, we stop receiving the vehicle's location and delete the history after one year.
Location sharing is agreed together with the Location-Based Service Terms when you activate a vehicle, and when you create a link we tell you that the location will be shared. Anyone who has a link can see your vehicle's location and destination until it expires (at most 24 hours), and we notify you in the app of the recipient (the link), time and purpose when someone starts viewing. You can turn a link off at any time; links stop working immediately when you delete your account.
Each use or provision of personal location information is recorded automatically (without coordinates) and kept for 6 months; you may request access to, notice of or correction of these records, or a pause of collection, use and provision, by contacting us below.
A vehicle's location is also its driver's location. Before letting someone else drive, tell them and get their consent.
Guardians of children aged 8 or under, adult wards or persons with severe disabilities who consent for their protection may exercise these rights on their behalf (Article 26 of the Act).
The privacy officer in section 14 is also the location information manager.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except:
when you agree to location sharing, create a sharing link and give it to others (see 4); or
when required by law, or when an investigative authority requests it following legal procedures.
To process your requests, the Service sends vehicle data queries and commands to Tesla. This is described in section 7.

Nothing is sent if you do not open a map (maps are then unavailable). The coordinates are not sent unless you tap "Walk to car".
Maps are drawn by your device connecting directly to Google Maps servers, so the information above goes from your device to Google (not from our server). The web interface loads its chart library from the jsDelivr CDN, which also receives your device's IP address.
8. Deletion
Information whose retention period has ended or whose purpose has been fulfilled is deleted without delay. Information with an automatic retention period (7 days, 90 days, 1 year, etc.) is deleted periodically by the server.
Information that must be kept by law (payment records) is stored separately from other data and deleted when the period ends.
Electronic information is deleted from the database and archive files. Database backups kept for disaster recovery are automatically deleted after at most 30 days, so deleted information may remain in backups for up to that period.
9. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and withdraw your consent.
You can view and change your information in the account and settings screens of the app or web.
Turning off activation for a vehicle stops telemetry from that vehicle. Location sharing links and notifications can be turned off at any time.
To request access to or notice of the records of use and provision of your location information, or a pause of collection, contact us below.
You can disconnect your Tesla account or delete your account (see 10).
For other requests, contact [연락처]. We will respond within the period required by law. Some requests may be limited by law; if so, we will tell you why.
10. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from More > Account & car connection > Delete account & data in the app or on the web page /account/delete.
Immediately: your account is deactivated, your Tesla connection is removed (the vehicle's telemetry configuration is removed), sign-in tokens are revoked, your name is deleted and location sharing links stop working.
After one month (30 days): remaining data such as vehicle history and location history is permanently deleted automatically.
Legal retention: payment records are kept for 5 years and then deleted.
Phone keys registered on your vehicle cannot be removed by the Service. Please remove them on the vehicle screen (Locks > Keys).
11. Children
Children under 14 may not sign up for the Service.
12. Security measures

13. Browser storage
