이 약관은 [운영자](이하 "회사")가 제공하는 TesMore 앱·웹의 위치기반서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 데 필요한 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "위치정보법")에 따라 정합니다.
이 약관에 없는 내용은 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

TesMore 는 Tesla, Inc. 와 관계가 없는 독립된 비공식 서비스입니다.
2. 서비스 내용과 요금
이용자가 활성화한 차의 위치(GPS)·방향·내비게이션 목적지와 경로를 받아 주행 경로, 충전 장소, 위치 타임라인·히트맵·자주 간 장소, 지금 위치·주차 위치,
장소(지오펜스)별 충전 비용 계산, 이용자가 켠 위치 공유를 제공합니다.
요금: 차 한 대당 월 Pro 4,900원, Pro+ 9,900원(부가세 포함 여부 [확인 필요]). 차를 활성화하지 않은 무료 이용에서는 회사가 차의 위치를 받지 않습니다.
3. 개인위치정보의 수집·이용
회사는 이용자가 앱에서 요금제를 결제해 차를 활성화할 때 이 약관(위치 공유 포함)과 개인위치정보 수집·이용에 대한 동의를 한 번에 받으며, 활성화한 차의 위치만 받습니다.
수집 방법: 차가 Tesla 의 Fleet Telemetry 로 회사 서버에 직접 보내는 신호.
위치를 주소로 바꾸기 위해 위도·경도를 주소 변환 서비스(국내 차는 카카오, 해외 차는 Google — 개인정보처리방침 6.·7.)에 보냅니다.
4. 개인위치정보의 보유 목적과 기간
목적: 위 2.의 기록·조회 서비스를 이용자에게 제공하기 위함.
기간: 차를 활성화한 동안 보유하고, 요금제를 결제하지 않아 차 활성화가 꺼지면 그때부터 1년 동안 보관한 뒤 자동으로 파기합니다(그 안에 다시 활성화하면 이어서 볼 수 있도록).
앱의 계정·데이터 삭제를 누르면 계정을 바로 삭제하고, 남은 기록은 1개월(30일) 뒤 자동으로 완전히 파기합니다.
차를 다른 계정이 다시 활성화하더라도 앞 계정의 기록은 새 계정에 보이지 않으며, 위와 같은 기한(꺼진 뒤 1년·계정 삭제 뒤 1개월)에 파기합니다.
5. 위치 공유(이용자가 정한 제3자에게 제공)와 통보
위치 공유(이용자가 정한 제3자에게 제공)는 차를 활성화할 때 이 약관과 함께 동의합니다. 링크를 만들 때 위치가 공유된다는 것과 볼 수 있는 시각을 안내하며,
그 링크를 받은 사람은 링크가 끝날 때까지(최대 24시간) 차의 지금 위치·목적지·경로를 볼 수 있습니다.
회사는 링크를 연 사람에게 위치를 보여 주기 시작할 때마다(그 링크로 10분 넘게 보지 않다가 다시 볼 때 포함) 받는 자(공유 링크), 제공 일시, 제공 목적(위치 공유)을 앱 알림으로 즉시 알립니다.
이용자는 언제든 앱에서 링크를 끌 수 있고, 계정을 삭제하면 모든 링크가 즉시 꺼집니다.
6. 차를 다른 사람이 운전할 때
차의 위치는 그 차를 운전하는 사람의 위치이기도 합니다. 이용자는 다른 사람이 차를 운전하게 하거나 빌려줄 때 회사가 차의 위치를 수집한다는 사실을 미리 알리고 동의를 받아야 하며,
회사는 차를 기준으로 수집하므로 운전자를 가려 수집할 수 없습니다.
7. 위치정보 이용·제공사실 확인자료
회사는 위치정보법 제16조 제2항에 따라 개인위치정보를 이용·제공한 사실(이용·제공받는 자, 취득 경로, 이용·제공 일시, 이용·제공 방법 — 위치 값은 넣지 않음)을 자동으로 기록하고 6개월 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
8. 이용자와 법정대리인의 권리
동의 철회(계정 탈퇴·영구 삭제): 앱의 계정·데이터 삭제로 언제든 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 계정은 바로 삭제되고, 남은 개인위치정보와 확인자료는 1개월(30일) 뒤 파기합니다.
결제를 연장하지 않으면 그 차의 위치를 더 받지 않고, 기록은 1년 뒤 파기합니다.
일시 중지·열람·고지·정정: 수집·이용·제공의 일시 중지, 본인의 개인위치정보 이용·제공사실 확인자료와 제3자 제공 이유·내용의 열람·고지, 오류 정정을
[이메일]로 요구할 수 있고, 회사는 법령이 정한 기간 안에 처리합니다.
9. 만 14세 미만·8세 이하 아동 등
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입과 위치정보 이용 동의를 받지 않습니다.
8세 이하의 아동, 피성년후견인, 중증 장애인의 보호의무자가 그 사람의 생명·신체 보호를 위해 개인위치정보 이용에 동의하는 경우(위치정보법 제26조)에는 보호의무자가 이 약관의 이용자 권리를 행사합니다.

11. 손해배상·면책·분쟁 해결
회사가 위치정보법 제15조부터 제26조를 어겨 이용자에게 손해가 생기면 이용자는 손해배상을 청구할 수 있고, 회사는 고의·과실이 없음을 입증하지 못하면 책임을 집니다.
Tesla 서버·통신망 장애, 천재지변 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 위치를 받지 못한 경우에는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
당사자끼리 협의가 되지 않으면 방송통신위원회에 재정을 신청하거나(위치정보법 제28조) 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.
12. 약관의 변경
이 약관을 바꾸면 시행 전에 서비스 안에서 알리고, 새 약관 판에 다시 동의를 받습니다. 동의하기 전까지는 차의 위치를 받지 않을 수 있습니다.

TesMore Location-Based Service Terms

1. Purpose and provider
These terms govern the location-based service of the TesMore app and web (the "Service") provided by [operator] under the Korean Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information.
Anything not covered here follows the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service and fees
For cars you activate, we receive the car's GPS location, heading and navigation destination/route to provide drive routes, charging locations, timelines, heatmaps, frequent places, current and parked location,
charging-cost calculation by place (geofence), and location sharing you turn on. Fees: per car per month, Pro KRW 4,900, Pro+ KRW 9,900. We do not receive the location of cars that are not activated.
3. Collection and use
When you pay for a plan in the app and activate a car, we ask in one step for consent to these terms (including location sharing) and to the collection and use of personal location information,
and we receive location only from activated cars. Coordinates are sent to an address lookup service (Kakao for cars in Korea, Google elsewhere — see Privacy Policy 6 and 7) to look up addresses.
4. Retention
We keep location records while the car is activated and, if the plan is not paid and activation turns off, for one year after that (so you can resume), then delete them automatically.
Delete account & data in the app deletes your account immediately and the remaining records after one month (30 days).
If another account later activates the car, your records are not shown to it and are deleted on the same schedule.
5. Location sharing and notice
Location sharing (provision to people you choose) is agreed together with these terms when you activate a car. When you create a link we tell you that the location will be shared and until when;
anyone you give a link can see the car's live location, destination and route until the link expires (max 24 h).
Each time someone starts viewing the location through a link (including after more than 10 minutes without viewing) we immediately notify you in the app of the recipient (the link), time and purpose.
You can turn links off in the app at any time; all links stop at once when you delete your account.
6. Other drivers
A car's location is also its driver's location. Before letting someone else drive your car, tell them we collect the car's location and get their consent.
7. Records of use and provision
We automatically record each use or provision of personal location information (recipient, source, time, method — without coordinates) and keep these records for 6 months.
8. Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time with Delete account & data in the app (account deletion and permanent erasure — your account is deleted immediately and remaining location data and records after one month).
If you stop renewing the plan, we stop receiving the car's location and delete the records after one year. To ask us to pause collection, or for access to, notice of or correction of your records, email [email];
we handle requests within the period required by law.
9. Children
We do not accept users under 14. Guardians of children aged 8 or under, adult wards or persons with severe disabilities who consent for their protection exercise these rights on their behalf.

11. Liability and disputes
You may claim damages if we violate Articles 15–26 of the Act unless we prove no intent or negligence. We are not liable when location cannot be received for reasons beyond our control (Tesla servers, networks, force majeure).
If a dispute cannot be settled between us, you may apply for a ruling to the Korea Communications Commission (Article 28 of the Act) or for mediation to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972).
12. Changes
We announce changes in the Service before they take effect and ask for consent to the new version; until then we may not receive the car's location.
