삭제하는 방법

웹에서: 아래 버튼을 눌러 Tesla 계정으로 로그인한 뒤, 확인을 위해 '삭제'를 입력하고 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
앱에서: 더보기 > 계정·차량 연결 > 계정·데이터 삭제
로그인할 수 없다면: 가입한 Tesla 계정 이메일 주소로 [연락처]에 '계정 삭제 요청'이라고 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리합니다.

삭제되는 정보와 시점

시점	내용
즉시	계정 비활성화(다시 로그인할 수 없음), 이름 삭제 Tesla 연결 해제 — 저장한 Tesla 토큰 삭제, 차의 차량 신호 전송 설정 해제 모든 기기의 로그인 토큰 폐기 위치 공유 링크 무효화
30일 이내	남은 계정 정보(이메일 등) 차 정보, 주행·충전 기록, 위치 이력, 위치 타임라인 장소(지오펜스), 알림, 설정 등 이용자가 만든 정보 운영자가 확인한 뒤 완전히 삭제합니다.
법정 보관	결제 기록 — 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년 보관 후 삭제
자동 삭제	차량 신호 원본(위치 7일, 그 밖 1년, FSD 누적 거리 400일), 앱 진단 기록(90일), 접속·이벤트 기록(90일)은 정해진 기간이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

직접 하셔야 하는 것

차에 등록한 폰 키는 서비스가 지울 수 없습니다. 차 화면 잠금 > 키에서 직접 지워 주세요.
Tesla 계정에서 TesMore 에 준 접근 권한도 Tesla 계정 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.
활성화한 차가 있으면 계정을 삭제하기 전에 결제 내역을 확인하세요. 이미 결제한 금액은 환불되지 않습니다(관련 법령이 정한 경우 제외).

How to delete

On the web: tap the button below, sign in with your Tesla account, type '삭제' to confirm and tap Delete account.
In the app: More > Account & car connection > Delete account & data
If you cannot sign in: email [연락처] from the email address of the Tesla account you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process it after verifying your identity.

What is deleted and when

What you need to do yourself

Phone keys registered on your vehicle cannot be removed by the Service. Remove them on the vehicle screen under Locks > Keys.
You can also revoke TesMore's access in your Tesla account settings.
If you have activated vehicles, check your billing before deleting. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.
